There is no greater urgency than this current season, in which the oneness of Christ must be manifested and expressed. We want to read and pray from. Amplified bible.
John 17:20 “I do not pray for these alone [it is not for their sake only that I make this request], but also for [all] those who [will ever] believe and trust in Me through their message, 21that they all may be one; just as You, Father, are in Me and I in You, that they also may be one in Us, so that the world may believe [without any doubt] that You sent Me.
22I have given to them the glory and honor which You have given Me, that they may be one, just as We are one; 23I in them and You in Me, that they may be perfected and completed into one, so that the world may know [without any doubt] that You sent Me, and [that You] have loved them, just as You have loved Me. 24Father, I desire that they also, whom You have given to Me [as Your gift to Me], may be with Me where I am, so that they may see My glory which You have given Me, because You loved Me before the foundation of the world
Prayer declaration
Father in the name of Jesus we worship you because you are the God of all truth without any iniquity. We give you thanks because It is you who have made us, and not we ourselves; We are your people and the sheep of your pasture.
We acknowledge that even though we are many, we are one body in Christ and that we would be united in our faith. Let there be fervent brotherly love among us that we will always stand firm in one Spirit, we would have one mind and together we would strive for the faith of the gospel.
A divided house and kingdom cannot stand, we purpose to walk in agreement and oneness to receive your blessings of life for evermore
We bless you Father that you are very great and you live and rule from heaven. As we acknowledge that we are an ever growing temple you will make your church, the new Jerusalem the home of justice and goodness and righteousness. It will be a place of abundance of salvation a safe place, along with wisdom and knowledge and reverence for God.
Fill your church with glory Father, give it peace. We take encouragement from belonging to Christ, And comfort from his love. Let grace abound as we fellowship together in the Spirit that our hearts will be tender and sympathetic. As broken vessels let our light shine as one, agreeing with each other, loving one another, and working together with one heart and purpose that Christ may be seen and the Father declare the He is, Christ is altogether lovely.
